Joint founder Mark has unfortunately had to withdraw from Shelford Warren due to being elected Avon and Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner.

Tim Warren CBE

During his time as Council Leader Tim was instrumental in the formation of the West of England Combined Authority.  He is used to working at all levels of Government but has his feet firmly on the ground.  Tim's early career buying and selling high end competition horses across the world has made him an effective and natural negotiator and allowed him to fully understand the pressures of business.
